1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ufc317.cam ("ufc317", "we", "us", "our"), a Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) licensed online gaming operator. By accessing, registering an account, or using any services provided through the ufc317 website and mobile platforms (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account or placing bets. Your continued use of ufc317 services constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms, including any amendments or updates we publish from time to time.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register an account and use ufc317 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older. ufc317 strictly enforces this age restriction in compliance with Philippine gambling laws. We reserve the right to request government-issued identification to verify your age at any time.
• Legal Capacity: You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. Persons declared legally incompetent, under guardianship, or otherwise restricted by court order from entering contracts are prohibited from using ufc317.
• Geographic Restriction: You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines when accessing the Platform or placing bets. ufc317 services are exclusively offered to residents and visitors within Philippine territory. Use of VPNs, proxies, or other location-masking technologies to circumvent this restriction is strictly prohibited.
• Account Uniqueness: You are permitted only one (1) account per person. Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or allowing third parties to use your account constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Financial Responsibility: You must be using your own funds for deposits and bets. Funds derived from illegal sources, third-party accounts, or funds held in trust for minors are prohibited.
• No Prior Exclusion: You must not be currently self-excluded from ufc317 or any other Philippine gaming operator, nor prohibited from gambling by court order, family petition, or regulatory directive.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements stated above. Providing false information or misrepresenting your eligibility is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

3. Account Registration and Security

You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination.

3.2 Account Verification

ufc317 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, or national ID), proof of address (utility bills, bank statements), and proof of payment method ownership. You agree to provide requested documents within seven (7) days. Failure to provide verification documents may result in account restrictions, including inability to withdraw funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ufc317 username and password. You agree to immediately notify ufc317 customer support of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. ufc317 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain password security. You must never share your login credentials with any third party, and you acknowledge that any activity conducted through your account will be considered your responsibility.

3.4 Account Restrictions

ufc317 reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend existing accounts, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, particularly in cases involving suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, multiple account creation, underage gambling, or violation of any provision of these Terms. Accounts may also be restricted pending investigation of suspicious activity or verification of identity.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ufc317 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, online bank transfer from major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and others), over-the-counter deposits at authorized payment centers, and 7-Eleven cash-in services. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). We do not accept deposits via credit cards, cryptocurrency, or international payment methods.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Most deposits are processed instantly and credited to your ufc317 account balance within minutes. Bank transfers may take up to twenty-four (24) hours depending on your financial institution's processing time. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction, but cumulative monthly deposit limits may apply based on your account verification status and regulatory requirements.

4.3 Payment Method Ownership

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. ufc317 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals. Any deposits made from accounts not in your name will be returned to the source, minus applicable processing fees, and your account may be suspended.

4.4 Deposit Errors

If you believe a deposit error has occurred, you must notify ufc317 customer support within forty-eight (48) hours of the transaction. We will investigate and correct genuine errors. However, you acknowledge that ufc317 is not responsible for delays or errors caused by your payment provider, bank, or third-party payment processor.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Policy

5.1 Withdrawal Process

You may request withdrawals to the same payment method used for your deposits. Withdrawals are processed within twenty-four (24) hours on business days, with most requests completed within twelve (12) hours. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 require identity verification and may take up to seventy-two (72) hours for compliance review.

5.2 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Maximum single withdrawal is ₱500,000. Daily withdrawal limit is ₱1,000,000 for verified accounts. VIP players may have higher limits based on their tier status. Withdrawal limits may be temporarily adjusted during account verification or security reviews.

5.3 Verification Requirements

Withdrawals may be delayed or denied in cases involving active bonus wagering requirements, suspected fraud or money laundering, multiple account violations, disputed transactions, or failure to complete identity verification. ufc317 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of any suspected terms violation.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 General Betting Principles

All bets placed on ufc317 are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring your bet selection, stake amount, and odds are correct before confirming. ufc317 is not responsible for user errors in bet placement. All games are subject to their individual rules and payout tables, which are available within each game interface.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting outcomes are determined based on official results from governing sports bodies or leagues. Bets on abandoned, postponed, or cancelled events are generally voided and stakes returned, except where specific sport-specific rules apply. Live in-play betting odds change dynamically; bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation. ufc317 reserves the right to void bets on events with obvious odds errors or technical malfunctions.

6.3 Casino Game Rules

All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing agencies. Game outcomes are determined entirely by chance and cannot be predicted or influenced. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for each game and represent theoretical long-term returns. Actual results vary due to variance and sample size.

6.4 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are streamed in real-time from professional studios. You must conduct yourself professionally and courteously in live dealer chat functions. Abusive, offensive, or disruptive behavior toward dealers or other players may result in chat restrictions or account suspension. Dealer decisions are final, and disputes must be addressed through customer support after the game round concludes.

6.5 Prohibited Activities

7.4 Bonus Cancellation

Cancelling a bonus will forfeit the bonus amount and any winnings derived from bonus play, but your original deposit remains available for withdrawal (subject to any minimum deposit wagering requirements). Once cancelled, bonuses cannot be reinstated.

The ufc317 name, logo, and all related marks are registered trademarks owned by ufc317.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Platform content without explicit written permission from ufc317.

Unauthorized use of ufc317 intellectual property, including operating mirror sites, scraping game data, or using our trademarks without authorization, will result in immediate legal action and reporting to Philippine intellectual property authorities.

14. Account Closure and Termination

14.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your ufc317 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within seven (7) business days, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and identity verification. Accounts cannot be reopened once voluntarily closed.

14.2 Involuntary Termination

ufc317 reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, or pose a risk to the integrity of our Platform. In cases of termination for cause, ufc317 may confiscate account balances if they are derived from prohibited activities. You will be notified of termination reasons via email.

14.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered inactive. ufc317 may charge a monthly maintenance fee of ₱200 on inactive accounts with remaining balances until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated. 15. Miscellaneous Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and ufc317 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15.3 Waiver

ufc317's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized ufc317 representative.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without ufc317's prior written consent. ufc317 may assign these Terms to any affiliate or successor entity without restriction.

15.5 Force Majeure

ufc317 shall not be liable for any failure to perform obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, pandemics, strikes, internet service disruptions, or technical failures.
